By purchasing any program, course, mentorship, or service from WealthWave Academy, you agree to the following terms.

Educational Purpose Only

WealthWave Academy provides educational content related to technical analysis and trading strategy. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information is for educational purposes only.Trading involves substantial risk. There is no guarantee of profits, income, or results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

No Refund Policy

Access to proprietary materials is granted immediately upon purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial participation, failure to complete the program, or failure to attend scheduled sessions.Due to the digital nature of our programs, courses, mentorship sessions, and educational materials, refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial participation, failure to complete the program, or failure to attend scheduled sessions.By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:• You understand this is a digital product and/or service
• You receive immediate access to proprietary materials
• You agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting WealthWave Academy to attempt resolution.

Payment & Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback attempt, we reserve the right to provide proof of access, agreement to these terms, and program delivery to the payment processor.Unauthorized chargebacks may result in removal from the program and legal collection efforts if necessary.

Payment Plans & Installments

If a payment plan or installment option is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.A payment plan is not a subscription and does not constitute a partial purchase. Enrollment in any program constitutes a commitment to the full program price.Failure to complete installment payments may result in:• Immediate suspension or termination of access
• Collection efforts for the remaining balance
• Reporting of unpaid balances where legally permittedNo refunds will be issued for prior payments made under a payment plan.

Subscription Billing

If you enroll in a recurring subscription (including but not limited to Alumni Access), your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to your next billing date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.Failure of payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund prior charges.

Limitation of Liability

WealthWave Academy shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages resulting from the use of our educational materials.Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials, strategies, chart markups, recordings, mentorship sessions, community discussions, and proprietary systems provided by WealthWave Academy are confidential and protected intellectual property.By purchasing or enrolling in any program, you agree:• Not to share, distribute, reproduce, record, screenshot, copy, download, or otherwise duplicate, repost, or resell any content
• Not to teach or replicate the proprietary system
• Not to provide access to non-enrolled individualsUnauthorized distribution or duplication may result in immediate removal from the program and possible legal action.Enrolled mentees may also be required to execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Access Duration

Certain programs grant access for a defined period (for example, 6 weeks or 18 weeks). Access automatically expires at the end of the stated access period unless otherwise specified in writing.Continued access beyond the designated period requires enrollment in an active subscription where applicable.WealthWave Academy reserves the right to modify platform access structure at its discretion.

Non-Transferable Access

Access to programs, materials, and communities is granted to the individual purchaser only. Login credentials may not be shared.Sharing access, reproducing materials, or providing non-enrolled individuals access to proprietary content may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website, programs, or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.By purchasing or enrolling in any program, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Modification of Terms

WealthWave Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting on this website.Continued use of our programs or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination of Access

WealthWave Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any program, service, mentorship, or community at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of materials
• Violation of confidentiality obligations
• Harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior
• Payment disputes or chargebacksTermination of access does not entitle the user to a refund.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and WealthWave Academy regarding the use of our programs and services and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
